Artwork Guidelines
Disk Media:
We accept the following media, in both DOS, and Mac OS Formats: Zip Disk, 3.5 Floppy, Cd Rom.
Applications:
These are the main applications supported by the creative department. Adobe Illustrator (up to ver. 10 and CS), Freehand (up to ver. 10), Adobe Photoshop (up to ver. 7 and CS) and QuarkXpress (up to ver. 6). If Submitting Quark files, make sure to send supporting files. (images, fonts, etc.)
Photoshop files need to contain an appropriate amount of image data to ensure reproduction that is not flawed by pixelization or aliasing. Our recommended resolution for photoshop files is 72 dpi at the final output size. Very large output banners (above 5'x5') can be prepared at a lower resolution to accommodate removable media. The lowest you want your image to be is 40 dpi. Files larger than 72 dpi at final output size are considered overkill and require a sufficient amount of hard disk space to open. Please res down images to specs.
Non Digital:
We also have the capability to scan artwork. You must provide art that is either camera ready, line art, photographs, transparencies, or negatives. Please note: you will not receive satisfactory results from scanned letterhead, inkjet or offset prints. Take into consideration that scans need to be cleaned up and color corrected, therefore turn around times may need to be adjusted. Please speak to your sales person regarding pricing and timeframes.
Internet:
You can reach our URL at http://www.adfleet.com. If you wish to send your file via FTP, you must call us before sending, to receive instructions and confirmation. You can also e mail your artwork direct to , please restrain to less than 1 mb when sending via email.
